A spacious duplex at 15 Central Park West with a wraparound terrace directly overlooking the park topped the list of home sales in New York City during the month of April.
The penthouse, on the 18th and 19th floors in the coveted “house” portion of the twin-towered limestone complex, closed at nearly $46.7 million. It had been on the market, though, since late summer 2019 for as much as $65 million. ....
