ROCKFORD About 50 people gathered outside of City Hall Saturday afternoon to protest the most recent police-involved shootings in the area. May 30th Alliance spokesman Leslie Rolfe distributed booklets documenting the history of the Winnebago-Boone County Integrity Task Force. The assembled crowd then took to the streets, marching west along East State Street.
