Colonel Jumah Khalfan Bin Suhail Al Muhairi, Deputy Director of Al Raffa Police Station in Dubai, said the authorities received a complaint of a man hanging over a lighting pole at 3:30am. According to police records, the telecommunications company received several complaints of a gang trying to obtain confidential numbers of its clients. The accused sent text messages to victims telling them that their bank cards had been suspended.
