30 Jul 2021 IRC Myanmar’s Senior Grants & Partnerships Coordinator (SGPC) is responsible for the oversight and management of the Program Department’s Grants and Partnerships Units. The SGPC reports to the Deputy Director for Programs (DDP); key relationships are with the sector leads and finance department in-country, IRC’s headquarter offices in New York and London, and donors and partner organizations. The SGPC provides strategic guidance and support to the country office on issues of program development, grants/sub-grants management and compliance, and donor relations. 30 Jun 2021 The IRC has been working in Uganda since 1998 supporting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), refugees and local communities. IRC Uganda has a country office in Kampala and field offices in Amudat, Imvepi, Kitgum, Kyegegwa, Lamwo, Moroto, Kiryandongo and Yumbe. 30 Jun 2021 As a member of the Country Program Senior Management Team, the Deputy Director Finance provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the country program has the appropriate financial infrastructure and systems in place to support the strategic vision and mission of the organization. S/he will contribute to the development of the Country Program’s strategic and operational plans and be accountable for ensuring and monitoring delivery against the financial plans through targeted and comprehensive financial analytical review.
