A Delhi Court on Tuesday granted bail to 22-year old climate activist Disha Ravi, who was arrested by the Delhi police from her Bengaluru residence on February 13 in the farmers protest toolkit .

Climate activist, arrested in toolkit case in relation to farmers protest, was on Tuesday granted bail by the Session Court of Patiala House Court. Additional Session Judge Dharmender Rana granted bail to Disha Ravi asking her submit a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh and two additional sureties. Disha was produced before the court on the last day of her judicial custody.
The court has also asked Disha Ravi to cooperate in the ongoing investigations and join the probe as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer. Apart from that, Ravi has also been barred from leaving the country without the permission of the court.

New Delhi: 22-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi who was arrested in connection with the toolkit case, in line with the farmers protest was granted bail today by the Patiala House Court.
Disha was arrested by the Delhi Police on February 13 from her Bengaluru residence in the farmers protest toolkit case.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana after hearing a detailed argument was of the opinion that the evidence on record by the prosecution is not sufficient to keep a 22-year-old in custody.
