Trinity Falls is launching Project Community, an initiative where they will donate $250 to one of four local nonprofits for each new home sold in the North Dallas neighborhood from February 1-June 30. Six builders offer new homes in this 2,000-acre master-planned community that s located near McKinney, with prices from the mid-$200,000s to the $700,000s.
$450 million community north of McKinney will feature a ‘Venetian Lagoon’

Dallas-based Megatel Homes’ Venetian Lagoon community will start with 204 home sites.
The project is in the town of Weston, west of US. Highway 75. It’s near the big Trinity Falls community.
Houses in the Collin County development will range from $250,000 to $500,000. There will also be 300 apartments.
The namesake feature of the project is a centerpiece lagoon.
“The development of this lagoon community is a perfect illustration of Megatel Homes’ innovative thinking and out-of-the-box mentality,” Megatel founder Zach Ipour said. “The Venetian Lagoon community presents residents with a unique and luxurious waterside living experience in a suburban Texas location.”
