Developer's bid for 110 units in Coast suburb | Sunshine Coast Daily


It wants Sunshine Coast Council approval for a material change of use for the 110 units to be built on the 17,030sq m block, owned by Bradley Wise.
The planning report said the project would include 13 two-storey buildings and 153 carparks - 110 for residents and 43 for visitors.
A development application has been lodged for a material change of use for 1 Power Rd, Buderim, to build 110 units.
It would have 55 one bedroom and 55 two bedroom units.
The design of the proposed development is contemporary in nature with buildings that are articulated and afforded variation in building materials and treatments, the report said.
