MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - A Florida-based nonprofit spent Saturday honoring law enforcement during a visit to the Grand Strand.
âRunning 4 Heroesâ arrived in Myrtle Beach late Friday. The organization honors law enforcement and first responders from across the country through one-mile runs by 12-year-old Zechariah Cartledge, as well as through grants to officers and deputies injured in the line of duty.
