Muslim World to Get "Good News" After PM Imran and Crown Prince Salman Meeting

The meeting between Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, is expected to benefit Pakistanis, Saudi, and the entire Muslim world.
This was stated by the Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, as he addressed a press conference in Islamabad.
The premier will land in Jeddah today, perform Umrah and visit the Prophet’s (PBUH) Mosque in Madinah.
He will then meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as well as top Saudi officials and scholars, including the imams of the Two Holy Mosques as well as the chiefs of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Muslim World League (MWL). ....

Don’t comment on sensitive issues, CII members told
Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) Chairman Dr Qibla Ayaz advised members of the body to refrain from commenting on sensitive issues, including Namoos-e-Risalat, after the 11 newly-elected members and the chairman assumed their responsibilities on Wednesday.
He expressed this in an event organised to welcome the new members of the body as well as the chairman who was reappointed on the post.

With the nomination of 11 new members on Friday, the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) reached its maximum strength, paving the way for Dr Qibla Ayaz, one of those appointed, to be its chairman.
President Dr Arif Alvi approved the reappointment of Dr Ayaz as chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII).
Ayaz had served as the chairman of the CII from 2017 till 2020. The president approved the appointments on 12 vacant seats of the CII under Article 228 of the Constitution, according to a press release issued by the President House. ....
