If you have driven by the complex recently you can see there is still plenty of work to be done. New Kelberman Center Executive Director Tara Costello says there are 60 apartments, 48 of which will for moderate income people in the community and the other 12 for people with autism or disabilities, The intent of the project really is about a community setting with mix used apartments. We have 60 units, affordable units in South Utica, that allows for 48 individuals, and have a beautiful setting, and we have 12 units dedicated for individuals with disabilities.
