First VinGroup smart e-buses hit the streets | Business | Vietnam+ (VietnamPlus)


A
Hanoi (VNA) - The
VinGroup, launched the
first smart e-bus service in the country on April 8.
The buses will run in the Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area in Gia Lam district,
Hanoi, while awaiting the completion of procedures to connect with the city s public
transport network, according to Vinbus Deputy Director General Nguyen Van
Thanh.
Vinbus is an electric bus model manufactured and assembled by VinFast at its
Automobile Production Complex in Hai Phong city.
Each bus is equipped with an automated system able
to control driving behaviour and give warnings about unsafe situations, an on-board
public address system, free wifi, USB charging ports, and security cameras, ....

Vietnam's GDP projected to expand 6.5 percent in 2021: IMF | Business


Vietnam’s growth could rise to 7.2 percent in
2022, the IMF said.
Its unemployment rate is projected to drop to 2.7 percent this year from
3.3 percent last year, and continue to be down to 2.4 percent in 2022.
 For
the group of ASEAN-5 countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the
Philippines and Malaysia, IMF predicted that its economy will respectively
expand 4.9 percent and 6 percent in 2021 and 2022.
In 2021, the Philippines is forecast to top the group with 6.9 percent,
Malaysia and Vietnam will share the second place at 6.5 percent, while Indonesia
is expected to grow at 4.3 percent and Thailand 2.6 percent.
However, Vietnam will overtake the Philippines to climb to the top by 2022, IMF ....

HẢI PHÒNG A trade fair for Thai products called Mini Thailand Week 2021 was launched in the northern city of Hải Phòng on Thursday, with 60 booths.
The booths belong to 35 importers of Thai products to Việt Nam and showcase a wide range of products, from food to fashion, beauty, and personal care.
