The federal lawsuit claims police violated the rights of 19-year-old Anton Black and carried out a cover-up related to the fatal confrontation on Sept. 15, 2018. “I am devastated, father Antone Black said in a statement. I’m shook up every time I pass by where Anton lived. My son was the heart of our family. Anton had his whole life ahead of him.
