ICRC, DCAF hold webinar for Chinese companies on Voluntary Principles
On 22 April 2021, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) organized a webinar to raise awareness of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPs) among Chinese companies. The webinar was jointly organized with the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC) and the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. The webinar was opened by director of CCCMC Mr Sun Lihui and attended by close to 60 representatives from companies, governments and civil societies.
