ICRC, DCAF hold webinar for Chinese companies on Voluntary Principles On 22 April 2021, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) organized a webinar to raise awareness of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPs) among Chinese companies.
