Raley says he first traveled to Cincinnati for the first time in 2018 and developed a great fondness for its beauty, its people, and naturally, its evolving restaurant scene. Pearlstar will be located in a 2,000-square-foot space and have a 2,000-square-foot vibrant courtyard area with outdoor seating.
