A Belton police officer has been arrested and charged after a coworker reported being inappropriately touched, according to the Belton police chief and the State Law Enforcement Division.
Derrall Blake Foster, III, 33, is charged with second degree assault and battery and misconduct in office, according to warrants.
In late 2020,  Belton Police Chief Robert Young said in an emailed statement that he asked SLED to investigate a complaint made by a co-worker against Foster.
Between Oct. 1, 2019 and July 31, 2020, Foster is charged with touching the victim numerous times and sending inappropriate text messages to her, according to an arrest warrant.  ....
