There are plans to introduce 20mph speed limits and other traffic calming measures in several roads in Harrow. The proposals for the new limits and speed cushions are outlined in a notice from Harrow Council published in this week’s Harrow Times. If the order is approved, the 20mph limits are set to be introduced in Astall Close; Baslow Close; Charlbury Avenue; Craigwell Close; Craigwell Drive; Derby Avenue; part of Du Cros Drive; Enderley Close; Enderley Road; Morrison Avenue; Pickwick Place; Roxborough Avenue; Roxborough Park; Sandymount Avenue; Sefton Avenue; Stanhope Avenue; Stox Mead; Weald Lane; Westfield Drive; Westfield Gardens. The speed cushions are planned for sections of the following roads: Charlbury Avenue; Craigwell Close; Craigwell Drive; Enderley Road; Merrion Avenue; Roxborough Avenue; Roxborough Park; Sandymount Avenue; Sefton Avenue; Stanhope Avenue; Weald Lane; Westfield Drive; Westfield Gardens. ....
