Tomas in Davao del Norte warned to revoke the business permit of public transportation companies who will defy the local government s Covid-19 health protocol. In an issued statement, Sto. Tomas Mayor Ernesto Evangelista said he received information from concerned citizens that health protocols such as physical distancing are not being followed by public utility buses (PUBs). “We have received a report that a bus was picking up passengers along the highway and its passenger load has exceeded the 50-percent capacity excluding the driver and the conductor,” Evangelista said. ....
