Stolt-Nielsen Limited Reports Unaudited Results For the First Quarter of 2021 LONDON, April 8, 2021 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) today reported unaudited results for the first quarter ended February 28, 2021. The Company reported a first-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders of $2.5 million, with revenue of $480.2 million, compared with a net profit attributable to shareholders of $13.4 million, with revenue of $480.6 million, in the fourth quarter of 2020. Highlights for the first quarter, compared with the fourth quarter of 2020, were: Stolt Tankers reported operating profit of $12.9 million, down from $31.9 million, as COA volumes eased off and spot rates weakened. During the quarter the five modern stainless-steel ships bought from CTG joined the Stolt Tankers Joint Service (STJS). ....
Shilling Founders Fund is Portugal’s newest VC, with $35.6M to spend on early-stage startups Shilling, an early-stage VC in Portugal, has now launched a new €30M ($35.6M) early-stage fund called Shilling Founders Fund, which is backed just over 35 successful tech founders, as well as large European VC Atomico. The fund will run on a profit-sharing model, sharing fund returns with all of its portfolio founders. While the fund tends to back Portuguese startups it also hold back 40% of its capital for international deals. The fund says it has already invested in seven companies: Rows (spreadsheet for app creators), Vawlt (secure and resilient multi-cloud platform), Promptly (SaaS platform for health outcomes analytics), Modatta (decentralized marketplace for consented personal data), Biocol Labs (DTC post-chemical pharmacy), Decipad (low-code notebook) and Detech.ai (AI-powered application and infrastructure monitoring platform). ....

BRUSSELS, Belgium, Jan. 13 The European Investment Bank issued the following news release: The European Investment Bank (EIB) will provide Euros65 million and BPI an additional Euros47 million to EDP Renovaveis S.A. (EDPR), one of the main producer of wind energy in the world, to finance the construction and operation of two onshore wind farms with a total nominal capacity of 125 MW in the districts of Coimbra and Guarda, Portugal. The project is co-financed by Banco BPI and the EIB financing is backed by the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), the main pillar of the Investment Plan for Europe. ....

(EDPR), one of the main producer of wind energy in the world, to finance the construction and operation of two onshore wind farms with a total nominal capacity of 125 MW in the districts of Coimbra and Guarda, Portugal. The project is co-financed by Banco BPI and the EIB financing is backed by theEuropean Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), the main pillar of the Investment Plan for Europe. With the support of the EIB, EDPR will design, construct and operate two medium-scale wind farms: Tocha II, with a capacity of 33 MW, and Sincelo, with a capacity of 92 MW. Tocha II wind farm will be located in the west, close to the Atlantic coast, in the municipality of Cantanhede, district of Coimbra, whereas the Sincelo wind farm will be located along the municipalities of Pinhel and Guarda, district of Guarda, in the northeast of Portugal.
