The victim named locally and online as Patricia Faulkner, 53, was taking her eight-year-old pet dog Millie for a walk on July 22, last year when a car ploughed into her. Harrowing footage of the incident showed the woman walking her dog before the black Renault Clio collided with them, throwing them into a hedge.
