He takes over the post from Derek Starks, who was the Cal coach for 5 seasons. Andriyuk doesn’t have any D1 collegiate stops on his resume, but he does have stops at two diving clubs associated with Pac-12 programs. Cal dominates in Pac-12 Championships, looks to continue noteworthy postseason sunny shen/Staff For four days, Houston belonged to the Bears. In a manner reflective of its dominant regular season, Cal men’s swim and dive swept the Pac-12 Men’s Swimming and Diving Championship, finishing the event with an impressive 970 points and securing the team’s fourth straight Pac-12 Swimming & Diving Championship. This is not the case, however, for competitive swimmers. In the pool, time becomes an indisputable fact, and every millisecond counts. On Friday and Saturday, time was in the blue and gold’s favor. In Cal’s first scored meet of the season, the Bears managed to beat the USC Trojans 107-76, showing strong improvements and promise in the process. ....
