SAN DIEGO Homicide detectives on Thursday identified a victim who was found pinned under a car Sunday night in Mount Hope after being shot and dragged by the car. It happened around 8:15 p.m. Sunday on F Street between Morrison and 41st streets, Brown said. Several 911 callers reported hearing several gunshots and seeing a man who was struck by a vehicle.
