Everett K. Joseph âJoeâ Triplett, 89, of Upper Snake Spring Road, Everett, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021, at Homewood at Martinsburg. He was born on Feb. 24, 1932, in Bedford, a son of the late Harper B. and Orpha L. (Wareham) Triplett. On June 28, 1953, he was united in marriage to Janet A. (Grimes) Triplett. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Kenneth A. Triplett, in 1932. Joe is survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Richard, Robert, James, Greg, who was looked at as a brother, Betty, Charlotte, Nancy, Beverly and Janie. He was a member of the Everett Church of the Brethren and attended the Snake Spring Valley Church of the Brethren. ....

The pollster didnât put the former President head-to-head with his successor, but it did find that Bidenâs job approval rating is underwater, with 47% of voters approving and 49% disapproving. The balance is undecided. Floridians still prefer Donald Trump to Joe Biden, a new survey finds. Biden does hold a dominant plus-77 approval rating among Black voters and enjoys a plus-12 among Hispanic voters, but White voters are decidedly not fans, handing him a minus-21. Women and South Florida residents were also on his side, too, though men and voters from every other region are nonplussed. ....

Even without seeing them, you can be assured that this particular Shadowland is, at least in terms of production values, the worst. Almost thrillingly inept, writer-director Simon Kayâs amateurish horror feature would be more amusing to criticise if only it werenât so lacking in any signs of talent, from the impenetrable storytelling that jumps around chronologically, to the clueless editing, to the cinematography that looks as if it was done on an early smartphone. And the acting? Peerlessly inexpressive, unconvincing, dreary. ....
