Article content After Dr. Jim Digby died on March 23 at age 93, the obituary announcement in The Expositor read: “Jim passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital palliative care unit with family by his side.” It is fitting that Dr. Digby died at BGH. He was born in Brantford and returned after graduating from McGill University and completing his surgical residency in Toronto.
