In an incident report, Kim denied that he had touched the girl inappropriately. He said the only time he had touched the girl was to address a underwear line that was sticking out of her pants.
“I’ve got four kids my friend,” said Davie Police Captain Dale Engle. “It’s important that we get this out there. A lot of this is happening more and more.”
Police said they are also investigating Kim for alleged voyeurism with another model who is an adult.
“The adult victim was modeling the clothing and the allegation is that he was attempting to videotape her as she was getting changed into the clothing that she was to model,” Engle said. ....
