That plan calls for  an integrated system for responsible solutions that are socially, environmentally and economically feasible. Audience members Kelly and Matt Grago joined others at the Rutherford County Courthouse in applauding the board s 9-0 vote in opposition to the landfill expansion off East Jefferson and Lebanon pikes.
