Central Tennessee Region Solid Waste Planning Board Member Donna Barrett of Rutherford County presents her data packet and resolution to reject Republic Servicesâ application to expand the Middle Point Landfill at a specially-called July 9 meeting. Following the approval of her motion, the boardâs opposition to the expansion and this supporting data will be submitted to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation for consideration.
