(File) A 21-year-old Timaru man who has repeatedly flouted his probation conditions has been warned that a custodial sentence will be the next step if he doesn’t improve. Jacob Damien Scott appeared before Judge Joanna Maze at the Timaru District Court on Tuesday. He pleaded guilty to a charge of breach of intensive supervision. On March 30, 2021, Scott was sentenced to 18 months’ intensive supervision after being convicted of three counts of offering to supply methamphetamine, possessing utensils for the drug, and possessing the drug for supply. He was fully inducted into the sentence on April 1, 2021. ....
