The city s arts commission last week issued a request for qualifications for a mural to fill the southern facade of the Albert Avenue parking garage, a 53-by-23-foot space towering over M.A.C. Avenue.. Residents and students hope for something that represents all members of the sometimes transient community, home at various points to college students and workers in the nearby state Capitol.
