Ocala police ID man whose body was found near railroad tracks on Jan. 3 Detectives have identified the victim as Chad Kaiser, 47. He was homeless, authorities said. Officers said they re waiting on Kaiser s toxicology report to determine a cause and manner of death. They said they re still interviewing people in the case. Although law enforcement officials were able to identify Kaiser, they did not want to release his name pending family notification. Police said another homeless man found Kaiser s body the morning of Jan. 3 in the area of Northeast 14th Avenue and 17th Place. Officers said they don t know if he was hit by a train. ....
