New Delhi [India], May 13 (ANI): Businessman Navneet Kalra on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court for anticipatory bail, in connection with the seizure of oxygen concentrators from his restaurants by Delhi Police.
Delhi s Saket Court, earlier in the day, had dismissed his anticipatory bail plea over the same matter.
The court had on Monday refused to give any interim relief from arrest to Kalra in the alleged oxygen concentrator hoarding and black marketing case.
On May 7, the police busted oxygen concentrators black-marketing racket during a raid and recovered 105 concentrators from two upscale restaurants in the Khan Market area.

Delhi s Saket Court has pronounced Indian Mujahideen militant Ariz Khan guilty in the 13-year-old Batla House encounter case. The court will hear the arguments on the point of sentencing on March 15 at 12 noon.
The encounter took place on 19 September 2008, and just five days before that, on 13 September, there were five major bomb blasts in Delhi, killing 39 people and injuring more than 150 people. The Indian Mujahideen took responsibility for it 5 minutes after the first bombing. But in spite of this, there was politics in our country and many leaders had also shed tears for the terrorists.
