One World Lithium closes oversubscribed financing raising C$2.25 million primarily for Salar del Diablo advancement
Proceeds from the offering will be used for a drilling program on the southern portion of Salar del Diablo, which will allow the company to boost its 60% stake in the property to 80% OWL issued just over 45 million units priced at C$0.05 in the oversubscribed offering
One World Lithium Inc (CSE:OWLI) (OTCMKTS:OWRDF) announced Tuesday that it had closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement raising just over C$2.25 million to advance its Salar del Diablo lithium brine property in Mexico.
The company had originally planned to raise C$1.5 million, but wound up issuing an additional 15,022,210 units for $751,110.50, netting gross proceeds of $2,251,110.50.

YCSO warn of high-risk sex offender in the city

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff s Office (YCSO) said a high-risk sex offender has a new address.
Frank Logan Jamison, 54, now lives at the 11000 S. Camino Del Diablo in Yuma. He s 5 11, weighs 240 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
YCSO said he s not wanted by YCSO at this time.
On January 23, 1996, Jamison pled guilty to sexual assault in Red Lodge, Montana. On February 26, 1996, Jamison served ten years for his crime.
YCSO said he met his victim at a bar. He s currently not on probation or parole.

Casillero del Diablo has renewed its long-running media partnership with Sky Cinema until December 2022.
The wine brand – which is the UK’s most popular Chilean brand and the fourth largest wine brand in the UK – will feature on sponsorship idents across Sky Cinema’s channels, including Movies24, Sony Movies, Sony Movies+, Sky On Demand and Sky Go, and is estimated to reach over 75% of all ABC1 adults in the UK.
Clare Griffiths, commercial director at Concha y Toro UK, said the partnership, which started in 2015, had worked hard to create “an ’owned’ wine drinking occasion, emphasising our wine as the perfect partner to enjoy with a film at home and helping shoppers recognise Casillero when in the wine aisle.”
