The man charged with the murder of journalist Lyra McKee and another man charged with the rioting on the night she was shot have been returned for trial to the crown court.
Paul McIntyre, 53, of Kinnego Park, is charged with the murder of Lyra McKee, possessing a firearm with intent and belonging to a prescribed organisation.
He is further charged, along with 40-year-old Christopher Gillen, of Balbane Pass, with throwing and possessing petrol bombs, hijacking, arson and rioting on April 18, 2019.

A MAN allegedly stopped in Belfast with a bag containing £40,000 worth of herbal cannabis claimed he collected it for a friend, a court heard today.
Chinese national Zhijian Liu (33) was detained by police close to his home at Melrose Street on May 1.
Follow-up searches led to the seizure of a sum of cash and suspected false identity documents.
Liu appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court charged with possessing Class B drugs with intent to supply, and having criminal property.
It was confirmed that the cannabis has an estimated street value of £40,000.
