A man was seen walking the streets in a Milwaukee County Jail uniform Tuesday. He was not an escaped prisoner, but actually quite the opposite. Marquette University Police issued a safety alert at 5:45 p.m. stating that the Sheriff s office reported a missing prisoner around North 12th and West State streets.
