And I m assuming it was a costume and not a uniform.
I drove into Ocean City on the evening of the 4th of July and right as you entered town at the light at 9th & Bay was a guy standing on the corner in a traditional black-and-white prison costume
(the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce people must have loved that visual).
