According to court documents, on Oct. 22 Goetten was driving a 2020 Toyota truck near the intersection of Hollow and Lincoln avenues when he was stopped by a Jersey County deputy for improper lane usage shortly after 10 p.m. The charges were filed the next day. ....

Goetten was charged with DUI and several other traffic offenses. According to court documents, authorities noticed a pickup truck about 10 p.m. Oct. 22 at Hollow and Lincoln avenues.
