Dietz Street Lofts will be a mixed-use development that will create 64 apartments for families and artists in downtown Oneonta. Kearney Realty & Development Group joined local leaders Friday at the site of the new complex, to break ground. “There’ll be about 800 square feet for one bedroom, about 950 square feet for a two bedroom. Oversize ceilings, oversize windows, a lot of luxury finishes the building will have a rooftop terrace for the residents, an art gallery for the resident artists,” said Sean Kearney, vice president of the development group. ....
