ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. A relative who lives across the street from where Pasquotank County deputies fatally shot Andrew Brown Jr. on April 21 is asking for an apology because he believes a bullet from the gunfire entered his home.
Michael Gordon Sr. says he lives across the street from his cousin on Roanoke Avenue in Elizabeth City.
Brownâs car crashed into the tree on Gordonâs side yard when deputies fatally shot him.

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C.â Family members of Andrew Brown believe Pasquotank County deputies shot into their home during the deadly shooting of Brown on April 21.
Now, theyâre looking for answers and an apology.

The Gordon family believe a deputy fired a bullet that came through the front of their home as gunfire rattled off at Brown.
