supreme court is keeping former president trump s name on the colorado ballot for now this after the state supreme court ruled him ineligible. now the u.s. supreme court will review that decision removing his eligibility in a politically charged constitutional fight that s got major implications for the 2024 presidential election. fox news chief legal correspondent and anchor of fox news sunday shannon bream joins me now. good evening, shannon. shannon: all right, so gillian. good to see you don t. the u.s. supreme court we consider this moving at lightning speed. arguments held on this case february 8th. based on what just happened the justices formally getting involved. colorado will include president trump s name on the primary ballot because the secretary of state had made clear that today is the deadline for her to certify the names for the ballot. and she would do so unless the supreme court upheld the colorado s supreme court ruling other declined to take the case.
