The latest iteration of 2DayFM’s Breakfast show featuring Dave Hughes, Ed Kavalee and Erin Molan went to air this morning, with the opening break covering everything from COVID-19 vaccines to speculation on gay footballers and Molan’s many other media commitments.
Since the departure of Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 2Day has cycled through numerous talent lineups, including Jules Lund, Merrick Watts, Sophie Monk, Mel B, Dan Debuf, Maz Compton, Rove McManus, Sam Frost, Em Rusciano, Harley Breen, Ed Kavalee (now back with the program), Grant Denyer, Ash London and Jamie Angel.

Walton was formerly the in-studio producer for the station’s Breakfast program,

A grand jury has upgraded charges against Alabama man Joshua Stewart Burks, 36, in the May shooting death of 11-year-old Troy Ellis
On December 10 Burks was charged with capital murder of a person under the age of 14 and faces eligibility for the death penalty if convicted
In May Burks, a military vet and middle school teacher, went on a turkey hunt
During the hunt he fatally shot Troy Ellis and injured his father Obed Ellis
He was booked back into Jefferson County Jail Friday and released on bond
