Karnataka Bank has promoted three of its Deputy General Managers (DGMs) – Raja BS, Nirmal Kumar Kechappa Hegde and Ravichandran S – as General Managers (GMs).
Raja BS, who has been heading the Bengaluru region of the bank since May 2019, will now be in charge of Branch Banking and Digital Channels Department of the bank at the head office.
Nirmal Kumar Kechappa Hegde, who has been heading Compliance Department as Chief Compliance Officer of the bank since May 2017, will be overall in charge of Inspection and Audit Department, IS Audit Department and Head of Internal Audit (HIA) of the bank. ....

Karnataka Bank has promoted three of its Deputy General Managers viz., Shri Raja B S, Shri Nirmal Kumar Kechappa Hegde and Shri Ravichandran S as General Managers.
Shri Raja B S, is a Post Graduate in Commerce, Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Certified Bank Trainer and also a Certified Credit Professional.
He started his career in the Bank in 1990 as an Officer and has worked both at operational and administrative levels at various locations. Upon his elevation to the cadre of Chief Manager in 2011, Shri Raja B S, served at HO - Vigilance Department and HO - HR & IR Department. He was elevated as Assistant General Manager in 2014, and headed Hyderabad Region.
