It has been confirmed that scrum-half Jean-Baptist Bruzulier and utility back Harry Davey, who both joined the club from Yorkshire Carnegie in 2019, have by mutual agreement been released from their contracts and will be leaving the club at the end of the season, writes Phil Westren. Jean-Baptist, or ‘JB’ for short, whose mum is Welsh and his dad French, will be joining Hartpury. A former Wales Sevens player, the experienced 28-year-old scrum half, who in the past captained Worcester Warriors to British & Irish Cup success and has had two spells playing in France, has to date made 18 appearances for the Pirates. ....

[David Njaaga, Standard] Hemingways Group has appointed Ross Evans its new chief executive to help the firm in its recovery plan. He will take up the new position next month, replacing Alastair Addison. Evans joined the Hemingways Group in 2016 and served as operations director for over five years. Group Chairman Dicky Evans said Evans will be responsible for the management of the Hemingways Group which includes its Collection luxury hotel division, Express Travel Group and Hemingways Expeditions, and expressed confidence in the new CEO. ....
Ross Evans, New Chief Executive Officer, Hemingways Group Hemingways Group has named Ross Evans to join them as their new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2021. In his new role, Evans will be responsible for all management of the Hemingways Group, including the Hemingways Collection luxury hotel division, Express Travel Group, and Hemingways Expeditions. He has previously served as Hemingways Group’s Operations Director for over five years. This appointment is in line with Hemingways Group’s succession plan developed for the past 5 years, as Alastair Addison will be stepping down as CEO and moving back to live in Scotland and be closer to his family. ....
