Chester McGlockton, 1992-1997
The Raiders selected the 6-3, 334-pounder with the 16th overall pick of the 1992 NFL Draft out of Clemson, and he turned out to be exactly what they needed a rock in the middle of their defensive line that included ends Howie Long and Greg Townsend. After making three sacks as a part-time player as a rookie, McGlockton moved in a starter in his second season and immediately was productive, making 79 total tackles, seven sacks, returning an interception 19 yards for a touchdown, and adding a fumble recovery. He only got better after that, making 340 tackles and recording 39½ sacks, forced 10 fumbles, and recovered another five over 90 games in his six seasons with the Silver and Black. McGlockton had four seasons with at least seven sacks, including a career-high 9.5 in 1994, was selected to the Pro Bowl in his last four years with the Raiders, and was a three-time All-Pro, from 1994-96.McClockton left the Raiders and played three seasons with the Kansa
NHRA Upstart Josh Hart Brings Top Fuel Magic Act to Houston
Earlier this season, Hart became the first NHRA driver in 20 years to win his first pro race.

Josh Hart is just the fourth driver win his NHRA pro debut since 1990.
Since his win, Hart qualified fourth in the 16-car Top Fuel fields, advanced to the quarterfinal at Atlanta, and reached the final round at Charlotte.
In Funny Car this week, Matt Hagan (carrying the race-sponsor livery this weekend) and Ron Capps will try to put Don Schumacher Racing in the winners circle for the first time since sweeping all 11 races last year.
Top Fuel
Josh Hart, an Ocala native, showed up to defend and conquer his home track in his Top Fuel debut. Hart become the first rookie driver to win their debut race in Top Fuel since Darrell Russell in 2001.
It’s been 20 years since a rookie won in their debut race! Pretty cool, dontcha think @jlhdragster?! #Gatornatspic.twitter.com/wkcpF4MLi3
Hart is a two-time U.S. Nationals Top Alcohol Dragster champion but this accomplishment takes the cake. Josh defeated Shawn Langdon with an ET of 3.826. An impressive win over Langdon who has 23 career wins under his belt, won the U.S. Nationals and also went to the semifinals in Dallas during the abbreviated 2020 season. Shawn finished this race with an ET of 4.244, after finishing sub-3.900 in the first three events.
Josh Hart s Top Fuel Win Was Not the Only Eye-Opener at the NHRA Gatornationals
Camping World s first season-opening NHRA event and Hart s surprising Top Fuel win gave fans plenty to talk about.

Tradition went out the window a bit with the Gatornationals at Gainesville, Fla., as the NHRA opened its season in Florida over the weekend rather than at the traditional Winternationals at Pomona, Calif.
Blame it on COVID-19.
But the excitement meter was pegged just the same Sunday at Gainesville Raceway with Top Fuel winner Josh Hart making history and Funny Car’s JR Todd completing the so-called Grand Slam (Winternationals, Gatornationals, U.S. Nationals, and Finals).
