Stephen Christopher during his time with Galway United Treaty United have announced the signing of former Cobh Ramblers and Galway United player Stephen Christopher. Christopher began his League of Ireland career with Cobh Ramblers in 2014 when he made the move from College Corinthians. He spent five years with the Rams and appeared in the promotion playoffs in 2016 , losing out over two legs to Drogheda United. Alan Murphy brought the midfielder to Eamonn Deacy Park midway through the 2019 season and he played a starring role in the Tribesmen’s playoff run under John Caulfield in 2020. The 25 year old found himself out of favour this season with opportunities for first team football limited and he departed Galway in recent weeks along with goalkeeper Michael Garrihy. ....
