Ashley James encourages mothers to be open and 'overshare their mental and physical health struggles

Ashley James has revealed she suffered from incontinence after giving birth to her son Alfie, and has urged other new mothers to overshare on social media to normalise postpartum health struggles.
The Made in Chelsea star and DJ, 33, who welcomed her first child in February with boyfriend Tommy Andrews, told FEMAIL she believes mothers should be open about their mental and physical health struggles online, especially in lockdown where they don t have mummy groups to join.
When you re dealing with the physical elements of and post birth, it has such a huge impact on your mental health because there s not much education around it and because people don t talk about it , she said. ....
