The Tomorrow War trailer has blasted in from the past. Amazon Prime Video has unveiled a two-and-a-half-minute trailer for the Chris Pratt-led sci-fi action film that finds soldiers from the past time travelling into the future to help lend a hand to the losing (human) side, who are unable to stymie an alien invasion by themselves. The Lego Batman Movie director Chris McKay is at the helm of The Tomorrow War, that was reportedly sold to Amazon for $200 million (roughly Rs. 1,486 crores), with the e-commerce giant setting a July 2 release date on Prime Video.
He also wants justice for Isaiah Tucker, a 28-year-old Black man, whom Oshkosh police officer Aaron Achterberg shot and killed 2017 after a caller reported Tucker was trying to take items from her home.
After an outside investigation, Winnebago County District Attorney Christian Gossett later determined Achterberg was justified in shooting Tucker because he said Achterberg thought Tucker was going to hit him with a car while fleeing the scene. It s a victory but it s a small victory, Pratt said about Tuesday s guilty verdict against Chauvin.
Grayce Chapman agreed Tuesday s verdict in the Chauvin case was a small victory but echoed the sentiment that it is only one example of police accountability.

The Tomorrow War, a new film starring Chris Pratt, is coming to Amazon Prime Video in July.
Amazon announced Wednesday that it acquired the sci-fi film, which will premiere July 2 on Amazon Prime Video.

Pratt, 41, promoted the movie in an accompanying video. It s got aliens. It s got people traveling to the future to fight against aliens. It s got me in it, and it s got aliens! he said of the film. Let me just tell you, you ain t ready. This film is so sick.
