Article content The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic altered the fabric of everything in Edmonton this year but it’s not the story that sticks with me the most it’s photographing a night where a community gathered to remember 13-year-old Sierra Chalifoux-Thompson. More than one hundred supporters surrounded her mother Angela Chalifoux as they carried candles and wore purple and white ribbons in memory of a girl taken much, much too early.
