Accident: Tonya S. Rhoads, 41, of Napoleon was exiting a private drive along Maumee Lane at 3:26 p.m. Dec. 3 when it was reported she failed to see a southbound vehicle operated by Bernard M. Bloniarz, 57, of Napoleon. Rhoadsâ vehicle then struck Bloniarzâs. No injuries were reported. Damage to Rhaodsâ vehicle was functional, and damage to Bloniarzâs vehicle was disabling.
