On their latest release Jackie & The Racket combine country, southern rock and added a dash of psychedelia. It’s under the surface, but it’s not your average country bar band….not at all. “June 16th” and “Swamp Queen” share a familiar sense of that Americana vibe with an undercurrent of something a tad different. The appearance of Dillon Groves from Colter Wall s band adds a nice depth to the track.
