TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Friday evening, Dr. Bill Hilbun was named as the Junior Auxiliary s Outstanding Citizen of the year. 
Due to the pandemic, this year s Charity Ball was a virtual event. Members of JA surprised Dr. Hilbun at his home prior to the event. 
Dr. Hilbun, 85-years-old, has dedicated his life to serving those around him. 
Born in Centreville, Mississippi, Dr. Hilbun has grew up in Gloster, Mississippi.  
He attended the University of Mississippi Medical School, with an Internship and Pediatric Residency at the UMMC. ....
